Terry's Classes My classes require that each student
have a sewing machine that is in good working order. Each student
should be familiar with her machine and have a good relationship with it.
If there are problems with the machine at home, there will be problems
with it in class.Sewing machines should be clean. In the case of the
threadpainting classes, the machines need to have the capability of
dropping or covering the feed teeth.
Please be sure to bring everything the supply list states.
Besides the class sample, I bring to class lots of other things to show
and tell. We do have fun in my classes, but my main focus is on the
students and making sure that they learn as much as they want.

was the inspiration for this class. We start with a
free-form cut from fabric from which our design
will grow. We will use novelty threads and yarns
with free-motion embroidery. We mix and play
with thread and color combinations to create
subtle color changes as well as striking ones.
